IN-HOME CARE SERVICES

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
Washington County, Oregon is requesting sealed proposals from qualified firms to provide in-home care services for the Washington County Department of Aging & Veteran Services. This continuously open RFPQ will establish an initial pool of qualified vendors, and then on a recurring basis the County will accept the receipt and evaluation of new proposals with the intent of adding new vendors to the existing qualified pool.
Proposals must be received by 3:00 pm Friday February 28, 2020 in the Washington County Purchasing Division Office, Charles D. Cameron Public Services Building, Suite 270, 155 North First Avenue, Hillsboro, OR 97124. Proposals received after the designated time and date, per the official bid clock located in Purchasing, will be returned unopened.
An informational pre-proposal conference will be held on Wednesday, February 12th, 2020 at 1:30 p.m. at Disability, Aging and Veteran Services large conference room, in Suite 300, 5240 Ne Elam Young Parkway, Hillsboro, Oregon 97124. Interested parties may attend via Skype by using the contact information in Section 23.1 to request a meeting invite. Attendance is recommended but not required.
The County may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements and may reject for good cause any or all proposals upon a finding of the County it is in the public interest to do so.
A copy of the Request for Proposal document is posted on the Oregon Procurement Information Network (ORPIN) at http://orpin.oregon.gov. Proposal documents can be viewed and downloaded from the ORPIN site. Proposers are responsible for checking the ORPIN site for any addendums before submitting their proposals.
The Washington County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any and all informalities in the best interest of the County.
